To unsubscribe from promotional emails, click the "unsubscribe" link in any email or contact us directly. Unsubscribing will not affect transactional communications.

Order Terms

Cancellation/Refund/Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your order. We offer the following solutions for order cancellations, refunds, and returns.

A. Order Cancellation

You have the ability to update or abandon your order at any time prior to clicking 'Place order'. Once an order is placed and confirmed by us, we begin preparing it and therefore we cannot accept cancellations of any orders once confirmed by us.

For urgent cancellation requests, please call us immediately at (470) 689-3322. We will do our best to accommodate cancellations if food preparation has not yet begun.

B. Refunds and Returns

If you receive an order that has missing items, wrong items, or unsatisfactory items, please contact us immediately. Any provided refunds will be processed via the payment method used to place the order within 5-7 business days.

We stand behind the quality of our food. If you're not satisfied with your order, please let us know and we'll make it right.

Delivery Policy

A. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and discuss options.

B. Delivery Area

Delivery is available within a 10-mile radius of our Marietta location (30060), including:

  • Marietta, GA
  • Smyrna, GA
  • Kennesaw, GA
  • Sandy Springs, GA
  • Vinings, GA
  • And surrounding areas

You can enter your address during checkout to verify if you are in our delivery zone.

C. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time of 30-45 minutes will be provided once your order is placed. Unless there are exceptional circumstances (weather, traffic, high order volume), we make every effort to fulfill your order within this time period.

D. Delivery Date

Orders can be placed for immediate delivery (ASAP) or scheduled for later the same day during our business hours.

E. Delivery Fee

A delivery fee of $2.99 applies to all delivery orders. This fee helps cover the cost of bringing fresh, hot food directly to your door.

F. Delivery Instructions

You can provide special delivery instructions on the checkout page, including apartment/suite numbers, gate codes, or specific drop-off locations.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Sales tax will be added to your order total as required by Georgia law (currently 8%).

Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and PCI DSS compliant.

Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

While we make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, we cannot guarantee that our food is free from allergens. Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order. Cross-contamination may occur in our kitchen as we handle common allergens including:

  • Peanuts and tree nuts
  • Soy and soy products
  • Wheat and gluten
  • Shellfish and seafood
  • Eggs and dairy
  • Sesame seeds

Limitation of Liability

Chick'n Wok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our service or any errors in your order information. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your order shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.
